Samruk-Energy JSC has summarized its performance in occupational health and safety (OHS) at its facilities for the first ten months of 2025. Kairat Maxutov, Chairman of the Management Board of Samruk-Energy JSC, held a meeting with the heads of its subsidiary companies.
The Chairman highlighted the sustained reduction in workplace injuries and the steady strengthening of the company’s OHS system. Across the group’s facilities, a comprehensive set of measures is being implemented to enhance employee safety, foster a culture of zero tolerance for violations, and introduce advanced digital solutions. As a result, the number of workplace accidents across the group has more than halved compared to the same period last year.
The meeting also reviewed the results of the implementation of the Special Regime Action Plan and examined the execution of previously issued directives.
Samruk-Energy JSC continues to consistently strengthen its safety culture, adopt innovative approaches including the use of artificial intelligence, and cultivate a responsible attitude toward OHS at all levels of management.
