As part of the Year of Skilled Trades, a two-day development program was held in Almaty for women working at Samruk-Energy’s power plants.
The initiative aims to strengthen the role of women employed in industrial and technical professions, enhance their professional competencies, and unlock their personal potential.
On the first day, participants took part in practical workshops focused on psychology, leadership, and self-presentation. The second day featured a cultural and educational program at an ethno-village, where the women engaged in master classes and interactive activities.
The program made a valuable contribution to the professional and personal development of women in skilled trades, highlighting their active role in the industrial sector and commitment to continuous growth.
