At the VII Forum of KAZENERGY Women’s energy club, a ceremony was held to honor women who have made significant contributions to the development of the energy sector.
Semenova Elena Pavlovna, a 3rd-class train receiver at Ekibastuz SDPP (Energy Solution Center LLP), was awarded the Kazenergy medal. She has devoted 35 years to the industry, 23 of which she has served as part of the Ekibastuz SDPP team.
In her role, Elena Pavlovna is responsible for receiving trains and ensuring traffic safety control. Thanks to her work, the power plant secures uninterrupted fuel deliveries throughout the heating season — without delays or schedule disruptions. She is also known for actively sharing her expertise with younger colleagues, thereby contributing to the development of the company’s professional capacity.
