Astana hosted the 7th Forum of the KAZENERGY Women’s energy club, which brought together women from across Kazakhstan’s energy industry as well as from partner countries.
The forum, held under the inspiring theme “Women in Energy: Driving power. Shaping progress”, served as a dynamic platform for exchanging experience, fostering motivation, and sharing strategies for professional growth.
The event was officially opened by Zhandos Nurmaganbetov, Chief Executive Officer of KAZENERGY Association, who highlighted the vital role of women in the energy sector, stressing their contributions to innovation, sustainable development, and the strengthening of the industry. He underscored that women’s engagement across all levels — from technical professions to executive leadership — is a crucial driver of progress.
