Chairman of the Management Board of Samruk-Energy JSC Kairat Maxutov held a meeting with Abdullah Zayed, Director of Development and Investments at Masdar. The parties discussed key aspects of launching the construction of a large-scale 1 GW wind power plant in the Zhambyl region, including the timeline for the start of construction works.
A separate item of the negotiations focused on preparations for signing the EPC contract, which is essential for the timely transition to the practical phase of project implementation.
During the meeting, the parties highlighted the successful progress of the project driven by effective teamwork, and identified priorities for further cooperation.
