At Ekibastuz SDPP-1, a formal ceremony marked the retirement of equipment repair mechanics Kisamidenov Toktar Turarovich and Abdulin Turabek Kaparovich.

Over his 36 years at the station, Toktar Turarovich mentored multiple generations of highly skilled specialists, instilling not just a passion for the profession, but also a deep commitment to their work.

In recognition of his long service and personal contribution to the power industry, Toktar Turarovich received the Certificate of Honor from State District Power Plant-1, along with the "Algys Belgi" medal, the "Kasipodak Ardageri" badge, and the "Power Sector Excellence" medal from the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

With over 30 years in the energy sector, Turabek Kaparovich earned the respect and esteem of the entire station staff through his dedicated efforts. He was honored with the title of "Veteran power engineer. Kazakhstan Power industry union”

Employees bid farewell to Raspaeva Valentina Sagingalievna, occupational physician at Ekibastuz State District Power Plant-2's treatment and preventive service department, as she retired. From 2000 to 2022, she served as head of the health center while also working as a therapist. Her conscientious work earned her letters of appreciation and certificates of honor.

At CHP-3 of “APP” JSC, pump unit operator of the 5th category in the boiler shop, Kurenkeev Saken Saginaevich, retired after 46 years of service, including 17 years at CHP-3.

In 2018, he was recognized on the station's Honor Board and received letters of appreciation from management.
