The ceremony of official acquaintance with the project team on transformation and consultants’ team in EY and ENZEN consortium was held on March 16 in “Samruk-Energy” JSC!!! Transformation project is essential in achieving long-term strategic goals of the company’s sustainable development. Since the launch of Transformation program in our company, a lot of initial works have been done by the project team which will serve as a good starting point for achieving the set goals. We will be able to achieve our planned objectives only through deep and large-scale changes which should involve all employees, from top management to every employee. The first step is to start with the most complex, changing people, their mentality, skills, knowledge and motivation. Another considerable direction of changes is business processes, as well as production and management. The next is technology. Change begins with each of us, and so we have to start with ourselves!
Participants also held a business game, where each group created an image of its mini team by drawing up a collage of drawings on a flip chart. The task was to illustrate the uniqueness of each team member and what is his/her contribution to a team work as a whole. This required that all participants, first of all, had to get acquainted and show unity in terms of achieving goals of the game.
It is known that the normal reading of information allows a person to remember only 10% of the material, listening - 20% , review - 30%, and individual performance – an activity - 90%. Thus, literally speaking, the team was "glued together”, which is especially valuable in light of forthcoming close collaborative work.
So, a fruitful cooperation is what we expect in general from transformation team, consultants, CTT and business units . We believe that the joint work will lead to success of the project in a timely manner.
