We are glad to inform you that the first stage of “Samruk-Energy” JSC transformation team training was completed from 4 to 5 May. Trainings were conducted by experts from the Central business transformation team of "Samruk-Kazyna" JSC. Participants gained considerable amount of new knowledge, but in addition to training, the Central Business Transformation team will provide significant assistance in a methodological way. The importance of these intensive courses was noted by Mukhamedzhanova Makpal: "The workshop has given a lot of important and new knowledge on the transformation program, we got to know a lot of theory which we will be able to apply in our project activities in the nearest future. I, as a manager, understand that the project management method is certainly promising and is a good addition to the core operations of the Company; it enables to reveal the hidden potential of the employees involved in this work, makes it possible for the Company’s employees to reach a new level, to demonstrate not only team qualities but also identify new talents”
Fruitful work of the team throughout the course of trainings, involvement, and interest in all topics of training and excellent results should be highlighted. The training covered issues relating to necessary measures within the framework of Transformation program, responsibilities of team members and other participants' questions.
A second training session is scheduled for May 12-13, resulting in completion of a scheduled training by all members of “Samruk-Energy” JSC transformation team.
