The workshop for HR departments’ employees of “Samruk-Energy” JSC SA was held in Ekibastuz.
Human Resources Department of “Samruk-Energy” JSC together with experts from the Center for Social Interaction and Communications held the workshop for representatives of energy holding company’s entities located in Ekibastuz and Astana cities on May 24, 2019. Employees of HR departments and heads of production departments of “Ekibastuz SDPP-1 named after B.Nurzhanov” LLP, “Ekibastuz SDPP-2 Plant” JSC, “Bogatyr-Komir” LLP, “FWPP” LLP and “Energy Solutions Center” LLP were invited to the meeting.
Trainings based on the results of sociological research called “Social stability index” (SSI), which was conducted by the CSIC experts, was held for invited experts. Yerlan Mustafin, an organizational consultant, an expert in management, psychology and organizational effectiveness, was the key speaker.
Representatives of five entities mastered the skills of managing the effectiveness of working processes, learned about concepts of corporate strategy and the rules for setting goals and objectives during the workshop. Human resources specialists acquired knowledge on the implementation and development of effective internal communications in a team in the course of practical training.
The whole process of training of heads of structural units was held in an informal setting. During the trainings, the workshop participants were provided with teaching materials, watched social videos, as well as statistics of a sociological survey on “Samruk-Energy” JSC entities for 2018 were given. Heads of units learned the ways to find the production staff’s drivers for involvement in the working process, to improve the work motivation of personnel, and to analyze the improvement of these factors for maximum efficiency of the working process.
