"Alatau Zharyk Company" JSC held an annual meeting of the company's management to report to the staff and PA “Local trade union" Serіktes” on 10.02.2016.
During the meeting, Abdirov A.A., Human Resources Department Head made a presentation on key changes in the new Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Collective Agreement revision. Currently, the work on acceptance of proposals on making changes and additions to the Collective agreement from the Company’s employees is underway.
Ippergenov T.S., Deputy Chairman of the Board on Finance and Economy commented on the situation about the Company’s financial standing today.
Umbetov M.A, the Chairman of the Board of “AZhC” JSC reported on social responsibility matters over the period of 2014-2015, and during the past year, gave an overview on scheduled activities on social affairs for the coming year in compliance with recommendations for the study of an indicator of involvement level and social stability rating for 2015.
Togaybekova M.B., the Chairman of Public association Local trade union “Seriktes” reported on social issues of employees, which the trade union considered last year. The issues in the work of the Trade union were discussed.
