A working meeting of the Chairman of the Board with participants of a study on improvement of the organization’s viability was held on March 10th, where the representative of the Central transformation team in conjunction with Changes Management Unit presented goals and objectives of increasing the organization’s viability, the schedule and scope of future work.
The Chairman of the Board stressed the importance of this work for the company and expressed his wish to draw attention to a differentiated approach during the analysis and preparation of Target values of management practices.
The viability of organization is a long-term sustainable trend of improvement of the organization’s key performance indicators (KPI) in market conditions and the achievement of strategic KPI.
Achievement of long-term sustainable trend is possible upon availability of following conditions:
- Production of competitive products and services by the company;
- Environment of continuous improvement of products and services’ quality in line with demand;
- Efficient production process with high financial and operational performance;
- Availability of professional staff and teamwork.
At present Transformation team has started collecting information to determine current values of management practices in subsidiaries and affiliates.
