To celebrate this holiday employees of subsidiaries from different parts of Kazakhstan were invited to the capital. Representatives of 10 labor dynasties were awarded diplomas and memorable gifts. 

The Day of labor dynasties has been celebrated since 2013 on the initiative of the Sovereign Wealth Fund "Samruk-Kazyna" in order to maintain a family inheritance of the occupation and the succession of generations. "Samruk-Energy" JSC invited representatives of family dynasties that work at subsidiaries and affiliates to Astana city: “MDPGC” JSC (Mangistau c.),  “EK REC” JSC  (Ust-Kamenogorsk c.), "APP" JSC,  "AZhC" JSC (Almaty c.), “Bogatyr Coal” LLP, , “EGRES-2” JSC , "EGRES- 1" LLP (Ekibastuz city), " Aktobe CHP" JSC(Aktobe c.) and “Shardarinskaya HPP” JSC.

Serik Tutebayev, Managing Director for production and asset management of "Samruk-Energy" JSC while congratulating representatives of labor dynasties noted that these people are “gold pool” of companies, an indicator of stability, prestige and success. Labor dynasty is the support the company, its past, present and future. They are the proof of prosperity, stability and social significance of the enterprise.

Following the meeting the employees of subsidiaries were awarded diplomas and memorable gifts. Those who have arrived to the capital for the first time were suggested traditional tour of Astana city.

Representatives of labor dynasties can rightly be considered the most reliable and responsible employees who try not to damage reputation of their last name. Today, almost all companies of "Samruk-Energy" JSC have power engineer dynasties with length of employment of 50, 100, more than 120 years.

“Samruk-Energy" JSC group of companies was represented by Abakumov family at a solemn event of "Samruk-Kazyna" JSC dedicated to honoring of labor dynasties, the family’s total length of employment is 127 years old.

The head of dynasty, Nikolay Ivanovich went through the war, worked in a munitions factory in Novosibirsk. In 1967 he moved to Kazakhstan, to Pokrovka village of Almaty region. From 1972 to 1992 he worked as a turner at a boiler shop of Alma-Ata hydroelectric power plant. In 1991 he retired and continued working at the power plant. Son Anatoly Nikolayevich began his career in 1972 as gas and electrical welder’s apprentice at Alma-Ata hydroelectric power plant, where he worked for 10 years. In 1982 he was transferred as gas and electrical welder to ZHKO of A- AGRES. Son Sergey Nikolayevich continued labor dynasty at A- AGRES as locksmith’s apprentice in charge of repair of heat networks. After serving in the Soviet army, he returned to the plant and continued working as a mechanic for repair of equipment. In 1979 he was transferred to the position of electric and gas welder of electrical shop. During many years of work he became an expert in his field. Working in the position of electric and gas welder, he solved complex problems related to repair of equipment. He was repeatedly distinguished by management and awarded honorary certificates. The daughter of the head of Dynasty Abakumova (Guzovskaya) Nadezhda immediately after graduation of school went to work to A-AGRES as an apprentice of engine driver of thermal power plant’s boiler plant of turbine shop. She passed all the stages from engine driver –inspector of auxiliary equipment of a turbine plant to engine driver – equipment inspector of 4th category turbine equipment. In 1999 she received a 6th category engine driver of steam turbines of a turbine plant. During the work in turbine plant she was awarded certificates of merits and diplomas by the management of the plant many times. She trained a dozen of young professionals during her career. She is an experienced mentor in the training of new staff. In 2012, in Astana Nadezhda Nikolayevna was awarded the Medal of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Eren enbegi ushin".

Grandson of Abakumov - Vladimir Sergeyevich after graduating the university began working at CHP-3 in the position of electrician for maintenance of electric shop. In 2005 he was transferred to shift manager of electric shop. From 2007 to 2008 he worked as a shift supervisor at CHP-3 plant. During the work he proved to be a competent and responsible specialist.

Rrepresentatives of three generations of Abakumov family have worked and are working in power sector. Currently son Sergey Abakumov and daughter Nadezhda Guzovskaya work at  "Almaty power plant CHP-3" JSC.


Total work experience of Sakhov dynasty representing "Shardarinskaya HPP" JSC is 125 years. 8 employees related by family ties. These are five sons, a daughter and a grandson of head of the dynasty. After graduating from Central Asian Polytechnic Institute Ibray Sakhov started his career as an electrical fitter in Almalinsky mine. He has been working at Shardara HPP from the start of construction, in 1961. Then the head of the dynasty headed the enterprise for 30 years  from 1969. He was elected a deputy of Shardara district, city and regional maslikhats. He has a number of awards, among them - the honorary title of KEA "Ardager Energetic" (veteran of power industry)

An example of father-organizer of production is a good indicator for upbringing in young generation a respect for labor and a sense of pride for own profession


Total work experience of Kopnov dynasty in coal industry is 124 years old. The head of the dynasty Nikolay Semenovich began his career in 1949 as a carpenter at the construction site of Atbasar city. In 1967 he came to coal industry and worked more than 40 years as a locomotive engineer. The son of head of the dynasty - Kopnov Viktor Nikolayevich started his career in 1992 as an engine driver of excavator of “Bogatyr"open-pit mine at "Bogatyr Coal" LLP where he works to present time. Viktor is a full knight of badge "Miner's Glory",  and in 2007 he was  on the wall of honor "The best employees of the company".

The son of head of the dynasty – Kopnov Boris Nikolayevich began his career in 1975 at  "Bogatyr Coal" LLP as an engine driver of traction unit of Bogatyr STP. The daughter of head of the dynasty - Litvinenko (Kopnova) Lyudmila Nikolayevna continued labor dynasty. She has been working as supply engineer since 1983.

Representatives of three generations of Kopnov family have worked and are working in coal industry to the present day. At present three children and grandson work at “Bogatyr Coal” LLP.


A bright example of stability, strong corporate spirit is the work of Skomoroschenko labor dynasty, whose total length of employment is 103 years. Representatives of four generations are working in power industry. The head of Skomoroschenko dynasty Mikhail  Ivanovich started his career in 1945 at  "Kazahenergo" cascade of Almaty HPP as an equipment inspector of hydraulic structures and participated in construction of houses for HPP employees. His work experience in the power industry is 24 years. The daughter of head of the dynasty - Volokhova Nina retired from the position of "Kazahenergo"  vehicles refueller.  The granddaughter of head of the dynasty - Vasileva Yelena Borisovna started her career in 1973  as a kinder garden teacher at  “Kazahenergo"  cascade of  Almaty HPP and retired from the position of HPP Cascade CCTV operator . Great-granddaughter of head of the dynasty Vasileva Svetlana Vladimirovna started her career in 1997 as an electrician of plant equipment and local communication, currently works as a leading engineer of accounts and regimes of PTO Cascade of HPP of "APP" JSC, and is the chairman of Trade Union "Energy" of APP’s Cascade of HPP.     


Dmitry Akinyaev made a great contribution to reliable operation of “Aktobe CHP” JSC equipment. The entire working team is proud of Akinyaev dynasty, total seniority of which is 109 years old. The head of the dynasty has always stood out from others for his capacity for labor, sense of duty and responsibility for his work. Dmitry Petrovich has extensive practical experience which he always selflessly shared. Dmitry Petrovich believes that it is necessary to nurture and develop in young employees a sense of responsibility for work, skills, respect for equipment, strict compliance with safety regulations and fire safety, keeping order in the workplace. During the work proved to be diligent, proactive, demanding to him and the staff.


Family Zeru is another representative of labor dynasty: Zeru Valentina Viktorovna, her mother Stepkina Valentina Vasilevna, son Zeru Nikolay Yurievich, daughter in law Zeru Svetlana Aleksandrovna. Total work experience of family members at Ekibastuz GRES-1 is 62 years.

Stёpkina Valentina from 1981 to 1992, she worked as a cleaner of production and office space in the workshop "Electric" at Ekibastuz GRES-1, and now, being retired, is a veteran of LLP "Ekibastuz GRES-1."

Her daughter Valentina from 1979 to present is the 6th category engine man of an automated fuel conveying system in "Toplivno-transportnyi-2" workshop (fuel and transport) of LLP "Ekibastuz GRES-1"..

From 2006 to present Zeru Nikolay Yurevich works as the 6th category machine operator of LLP "Ekibastuz GRES-1" “Toplivno-transportnyi-2” workshop, he is charge of trouble-free operation of the equipment.

Daughter-in-law Svetlana has been working at the power plant from 2012 to present as the 6th category engine man of automated fuel conveying system at “Toplivno-transportnyi-2” workshop. During this short period of time she establishes herself as a responsible, honest, easily trained specialist.


The representatives of three generations of Syzdykov family work in power industry. Currently they work at "Ekibastuz-2 plant" JSC. The head of  Syzdykov dynasty - Tlek Magazovich worked at "Ekibastuz GRES-2" JSC in the position of driver of RCS loader. He retired in 2012. Son of head of the dynasty – Zhupar has worked as an electrical fitter for repair and maintenance of automation and measurement instrumentation from 1995; today he continues working as a driver of motor transport service. Work experience in energy sector is 21 years. The daughter of head of the dynasty Gulzhamal Atymtayeva began her career in 1995 as a secretary and now works as a leading specialist in Human Resources department at "Ekibastuz GRES-2 plant" JSC.  The granddaughter of head of the dynasty Muntaeva Asemgul Kuandykovna has been working as a technician for almost a year.

 "EK REC" JSC - 2 generations of Smailov family have been working in power industry. The head of the dynasty - Marat Tlebaldinovich  began his career in 1985 at Semipalatinsk factory "Kazahstankabel" as a shift foreman. In February 1998 he was employed by "Semipalatinsk distribution networks" JSC as controller-serviceman, master of repair of cable lines. He is currently working as chief engineer at Semey DPN. Work experience in the power industry - 18 years. The eldest son of head of the dynasty -Askhat began his career in 2007. Today, he works as an electrician for maintenance of substations in the regional dispatching service of "EK REC" JSC.  Experience in energy sector - 9 years. The younger son of head of the dynasty - Medet has been working at Semey DPN of "EK REC" JSC from May 2011.  He is currently working as an engineer on occupational health, safety and environmental protection.


The total length of employment of  Murenov dynasty in power sector is 61 years. The head of Murenov dynasty - Rzabek Musayevich was employed by Mangystau power Networks Company in 1985. Today he works as a driver at "Mangistau Distribution Power Grid Company" JSC. Madi, son of head of the dynasty continues family experience in power industry by working in this field for almost 2 years.
