Aksenov Vyacheslav, “Shygysenergotrade” LLP Director General held two reporting meetings on corporate social responsibility for 2015 in Ust-Kamenogorsk and Semey which was attended by representatives of management company.
During the meetings, the issue of ensuring social protection of the company employees was intensely debated. Today “Shygysenergotrade" LLP is a work place in demand on the labor market. Staff turnover has reduced from 25% to 18% over the period of management by “Samruk-Energy” JSC national company. Thus, following the results of 2015, more than 30% of employees have been trained and average salary in the company is slightly below the industry-average rate.
The company is working towards improvement of social stability, the level of social stability in the company amounted to 75% according to results of the 2015 survey among employees.
The energy supplying organization introduces new working methods and up-to-date technologies to achieve high performance and improving quality of customer service, including automated pay boxes for receiving payments for electricity without commission; receiving a monthly invoice for electricity on a mobile phone in the form of SMS-messages; obtaining information on the debt by sending SMS-messages; payment for electricity can be made on-line at shygys.kz website through personal web office. In 2015, the company confirmed compliance with ISO 9001-2008 standard in the field of planning and organizing purchase and sale of electricity and consumers service.
