Under the new year, "heroic" miners shipped almost 45 million tons of coal. The annual plan - 41.30 million tons-was completed by them in early December.
The miners marked a significant event for the company's employees by inviting akim of Ekibastuz Nurzhan Ashimbetov to visit them. Speaking at the ABK section "Bogatyr" at a solemn event dedicated to the over-fulfillment of the production plan, he congratulated the audience on the upcoming New year and wished further success in their work.
General Director of "Bogatyr Komir" Rustam Sansyzbayev thanked the employees of the enterprise for their well-coordinated work and handed over letters of thanks and small new year presents to the leaders of the production. In addition, the company's management decided to pay bonuses to all employees of the company.
Bogatyr Komir LLP is managed on a parity basis by Samruk-Energo JSC and RUSAL, a Russian company. The company produces open-pit coal in two sections — Bogatyr and Severny in the Pavlodar region of Kazakhstan. The balance reserves of Bogatyr Komir LLP are 2.75 billion tons. The production capacity of the enterprise is 42 million tons of coal per year, including 32 million tons for the Bogatyr section and 10 million tons for the Severny section.
